Rocktec is an engineering company specialising in the manufacture of quarrying and mining equipment, materials handling machinery and environmental waste solution products. Their product range include vibratory screens, apron and vibratory feeders, cone crusher, conveyors, continuous mixing plants (Pugmill) and portable crushing and screening plants.  Rocktec are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based at Matamata.  

Key tasks include:
  • Accounts administration including receipting PO’s into ACCPAC, receipting inwards goods records and reconciling supplier invoices
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery stock levels
  • Creating job cards and new sales sheets as required and tracking progress for billing
  • Being responsible for company website and Facebook page
  • Coordination of vehicle fleet servicing, RUC’s etc.
  • Reception 
  • Data entry and other general administration duties 

The successful applicant will have:
  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with accounting packages and databases
  • Excellent organisational skills, being able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • The flexibility to adjust to meet changing work schedules and customer needs
  • A high level of self motivation to make sure the job gets done to a high standard 

This role is Monday to Friday and may be part time (minimum of 27.5 hours per week) or full time for the right applicant.
